Park Lawn Completes Acquisition of Farris

TORONTO, ONTARIO/August 8, 2022/ACCESSWIRE – Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC, PLC.U) (“PLC” or “Park Lawn”) has completed the previously announced acquisition of substantially all the assets of Farris Funeral Service, Inc. and Affiliated Service Group, Inc. (“Farris”), a group of businesses consisting of one stand-alone funeral home and one on-site funeral home and cemetery located in Abingdon, Virginia.
