Effective November 17, 2025, we acquired substantially all of the assets of Croley Funeral Home located in Diana, Texas; Croley Funeral Home located in Gilmer, Texas; Croley Funeral Home located in Gladewater, Texas; Croley Funeral Home located in Hawkins, Texas; and Sunset Memorial Park located in Gilmer, Texas.  This strategic transaction expands Park Lawn’s presence in the State of Texas with the addition of four stand-alone funeral homes and one cemetery in the East Texas market.
