Park Lawn Corporation has completed the previously announced acquisition of substantially all the assets of Farris Funeral Service, Inc. and Affiliated Service Group, Inc., a group of businesses consisting of one stand-alone funeral home and one on-site funeral home and cemetery located in Abingdon, Virginia.
