Park Lawn Corporation is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., a stand-alone funeral home located in Cumming, Forsyth County, Georgia.

PLC substantially acquires all of the assets of Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, Life & Legacy Cremation Center and Smith Event Centers, as well as Grandview Cemetery and Cremation by Grandview, comprised of one funeral home, one combination funeral home and cemetery property and five event centers in Maryville, Tennessee.

Park Lawn substantially acquired all of the assets of Pugh Funeral Homes and New Hope Memorial Gardens, a business consisting of five funeral homes and one cemetery located in central North Carolina. The Pugh businesses are pillars of their respective communities and strategically complement the existing North Carolina portfolio.

With the acquisition of Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home Limited, PLC deepened its presence in Ontario by adding one standalone funeral home in Pembroke, Ontario.

The Tennessee businesses, Williamson & Spring Hill, are the premier businesses in their respective communities and consist of two on-site funeral home/cemetery properties and further compliment PLC’s footprint in the greater Nashville, Tennessee market.

The Mississippi Businesses consist of one on-site funeral home/cemetery property and ten funeral homes, which both complement PLC’s existing operations in Jackson, as well as represent new expansion into the Gulf Coast market.

PLC has acquired The Williams Businesses, which consists of two funeral homes, three cemeteries and one cremation business.  The addition of the Williams businesses greatly expands PLC’s presence in the middle Tennessee market which is widely known as one of the fastest growing regions in the United States.
